~ Meditative Acupressure for Neck and Shoulder Tension ~ CLASS FULL
Winter Term: 2013 - 2 weeks.
In this class you will be taught a gentle and powerful acupressure sequence to help relieve neck and shoulder tension. This self help is practised in a relaxed, meditative style and has been specially designed by Caroline to help with this condition.
~ Guarding the Three Treasures ~
Winter Term: 2012 - 6 weeks.
You will learn a series of Chi Gung exercises that help to generate and preserve the three forms of energy known as the Three Treasures, considered to lie at the root of human health. These exercises help build physical strength, enhance health and vital, instilling both calmness and rejuvenation. They included soft, flowing movements, self-massage and meditation.
