Session

Each acupressure session is tailored to meet your specific needs and help resolve your personal health, stress or pain issues. The session includes client assessment. Where necessary simple self-help techniques may be provided for use at home.

The recommended session time is one hour for adults and 45 minutes for children.

You remain fully clothed throughout. Assessment usually forms 5 to 10 minutes of a session.

Complete client confidentiality is assured.

Opening Times

The practice is open 7 days a week: Monday thru Friday 4pm to 8pm; Saturday 9am to 6pm; Sunday 9am to 1pm.

Opening times subject to teaching/residential courses and annual/public holidays.
